Rethinking Skill Acquisition Among Women for Sustainable Global Balance in Nigeria: A Paradigm Shift Towards Literacy Education

Abstract

This paper examines literacy education programmes and their role in fostering sustainable global balance, with particular attention to women's literacy for environmental, social and economic sustainability. It concludes that literacy-driven skill acquisition enhances women's holistic empowerment and recommends market-relevant skills, mutual respect and improved employability.
